Please do not bring young children.

Please do not bring in your receipts. It is not our function to audit you. If audited by the IRS, you will need your receipts then.

Only one person needs to come in to file for a married couple.

Drop off, email, fax, or mail

Expect dropped off taxes to be completed in under two weeks.

  1. Drop off at our office in drop boxes inside covered entryway
  2. Scan/email your documents to us at contact@ashworthtax.com
  3. Fax to (801) 262-6882

NEW THIS YEAR
  • IRS is requiring direct deposit this year for refunds.  If you have opted to get checks for your refunds in the past make sure to bring bank name, routing number, and account number for either checking or savings
  • If you worked overtime this year make sure to bring in your final pay stub for overtime deduction
  • If you had a new child in 2025 make sure to bring their social security number and date of birth
